Patient Community

Because patients are expressing an interest in joining an online community where they can network and problem solve together, and because there seems to be a preference for that community having some clinician oversight, I have created a space for patients and caregivers to congregate online. This is through a non-HIPAA compliant platform called Greenlamp. The community is hidden and only those with the link can join. Ashley and Serina have been invited as admins to help with moderation and the creation of new channels. I have also uploaded the meeting schedule to that community and may upload courses in the future if it becomes popular. Please complete this consent form to gain access to the link to join.
